Platform use

• Do not misuse login access, student records, credentials, event registrations, or profile tools
• Do not upload unlawful, misleading, harmful, or infringing content
• Keep account credentials and student PINs private
• Use public profile and resume tools only for accurate professional representation

Programs and credentials

Program participation, certificates, badges, ranking, and profile verification are subject to Sandevex review. Sandevex may correct, revoke, or hide records when information is inaccurate, fraudulent, expired, or published by mistake.

Public content

Students and team members are responsible for the content they submit. Sandevex may moderate or remove public content that is inaccurate, unsafe, irrelevant, or inconsistent with platform standards.

Availability

We aim to keep the website and systems available, but maintenance, third-party services, or operational constraints may affect access.
