Refund Policy
Sandevex refund handling depends on the type of program, event, workshop, or service purchased and the stage at which cancellation is requested.
General refund principles
- Refund eligibility must be requested through official Sandevex communication channels
- Registration, seat reservation, onboarding, certificate, or completed service costs may be non-refundable
- Approved refunds may take time to process through payment partners or banking systems
- Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method where possible
Programs and workshops
If a learner requests cancellation before onboarding, Sandevex may review the case for a partial or full refund based on the program terms shared during enrollment. After access, mentorship, classes, projects, or resources have started, refunds may be limited.
Events
Event tickets or registrations may be refundable only when the event terms allow it or when Sandevex cancels the event.
Exceptional cases
Medical, duplicate payment, operational error, or unavoidable emergency cases can be reviewed individually.
